As part of the business model developed during the incubation period, sustainable skill development and production system have been put in place for the women self-help groups of Kamand region in association with the social wing of IIT Mandi - EWOK (Empowering Women Of Kamand) for the harvesting of Rhododendron, Rose-hip and packaging of Seabuckthorn infusions.

Dr. Mahesh Gupta
Principal Scientist in Dietetics & Nutrition Technology Lab, researching in the development of functional food proteins and nutraceutical, Probiotics and probiotics, Ethnic and traditional food of India for healthy life through under-utilised and unexplored food bio-resources. Under guidance of JP Dwivedi for development of functional foods in the space of natural nutraceuticals we work closely in the labs of CSIR - IHBT.
Dr. Reshma Sao
Women Scientist in the "IIT Mandi Medicinal Plant Lab" working under the DST Supported project "Development and Dissemination of Agri-based technologies being optimised at IIT Mandi: From Lab to Farmers field at mid-Himalayan region" under the mentorship of Dr Shyam K Masakapalli. The Agri-technologies that are being developed in the Medicinal Plant Lab assists this project.
Shwetha Kulkarni
Shweta is an "AstroPreneur" popularising astronomy since the age of 16. Being the fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society of England.

Shweta was selected as one of the top 100 women entrepreneurs of India by the Indian Institute of Management, IIM Bangalore and was incubated by IIM Nagpur.
Kieren D'Souza
In 2016, he became the first Indian to qualify for and finish the Spartathlon, a 246 kilometre footrace from Athens to Sparta held annually in Greece. He lives in Manali and in June 2020 was the first person ever to run to and back a circle, Mt. Friendship Peak from Mall road.

Nagaraja (Naga) Prakasam is a versatile and passionate leader with 27 years of global experience. His personal mantra is “Start-ups should focus on India’s strength – people, problems, Tech (PPT)”. He spearheads Impact thinking in Indian Angel Network and co-founded IAN Impact.
Prof. Sunil Handa
Sunil Handa is a visiting professor at IIM- Ahmadabad. He is both- an entrepreneur with a difference and a teacher with a purpose. He is an alumnus of BITS Pilani, 1977- EEE batch and an alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad. He is the founder and is currently serving as the director of Ekalavya Education Foundation.

He is a fellow of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Economics of the Rural-Urban Divide, Agricultural Entrepreneurship, Unlocking Rural Potential, Rural Marketing and many more. He is an academic advisory board member for the WeSchool program on emerging Economies and also an advisor for Kaushalya Foundation.
